How To Make A Personalized Blend
This kit has 3 flower remedies. They can be taken individually, combined together or with other Bach® remedies. (Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.)
Open your remedies.
Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach® 30mL mixing bottle sold separately).
Add 2 drops of each remedy. Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.
How To Take Individual Remedies
Take 2 drops in mouth or in water, sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.
