Welcome to Smai Tawi Egyptian Yoga Classes! In this class, you will explore ancient Egyptian spiritual practices through modern yoga techniques. You will connect with the ancient culture of Egypt and strengthen your body and mind. Our virtual class takes place on Zoom and includes 60 minutes of flowing poses, breath work, meditation, and energy healing.
The virtual class is a safe, welcoming space for all levels of yogis. Each session begins with guided movement that draws inspiration from the movement and stillness of Ancient Egypt. This allows us to align with the healing energies of the past while getting a good yoga workout. During our meditation, we explore Egyptian breathing practices and Egyptian mythology, to connect with our power and create personal transformation. We close with a short energy healing practice to complete the healing experience.
